Rainforest

Ten years ago, our creeks - like most in the
Illawarra - were a mass of privet, lantana and other weeds. Today, they
are returning to Illawarra Subtropical Rainforest, an
endangered vegetation community. This continuing project (recognised by
a
Federal Government Envirofund grant) is the result of much hard work
from ourselves and the bush regenerators we employ to ensure its
success. It is one of the most successful rainforest regeneration
projects in the region and is a unique endeavour for private landowners.
